Our Promise

I will not start whining when someone is on a roll

I will not hate the subs that win all the time

I will not say "ha, ha, ha, ha, ha" when I win

We have a wonderful time on our Sunday afternoons.  No kids, No husbands/boyfriends, No pets, No responsibilities.  We all bring something for a "potluck" before we start rollin' the dice.  We play two rounds and then stop for dessert, which usually means Birthday Cake.  We play two more rounds, count up our scores and divvy out the cash and prizes.  And how many White Elephants did you collect or 'ahem steal? White Elephants.

If you're wondering what we're all about, it is...

Explained in Our Rules

If this sounds like fun to you, we would love to hear from you.  There are times when we need subs (substitutes), and we would be pleased if you would like to join us for a night now and then.  It may lead to being a fulltime player for you sometime in the future.  It's possible our little group could grow.  I think I could find another table and four more chairs and squeeze them in somewhere.

We have a monthly newsletter that goes out to our club members, that everyone seems to enjoy reading.  Our newsletter gives a recap of the previous month's Bunco games, news of upcoming events, fun stuff to read, recipes, and much more.

Our club always has a theme at our meetings.  Our themes have included "A Picnic in the Park", "A Western/Southwestern Get-together", and "Red, White & Blue".  In October we usually have a costume party.  This bunch of "turkeys" will be getting together before the Thanksgiving holiday and then come Christmas and New Years.  There is always something fun to celebrate.   Everyone dresses for the theme and brings a food dish that is in keeping with the theme of the event.

This is our photograph from our first Halloween Bunco.  Take a peek at this crazy group!  That's me with the pointy hat and green face.  Guess who is in the middle, holding Joseph the Pirate, (that cute Cocker Spaniel)?  Why, it's the Bunco Bear!!!  We have our own mascot.  Her grandma made her costume.  That's her grandma with the baseball hat and mustache!!!
